A while ago, I personally discovered a distinct link between the symptoms of depression and anxiety and low iron. I was always feeling low and extremely anxious - palpitations, sweating, extreme fatigue, irritation, not wanting to go anywhere or do anything, agoraphobia - especially in the morning. I decided to havea blood test and discovered I had quite severe anaemia. So I started taking iron. The symptoms quickly faded, then disappeared. I have experimented three times now, by stopping taking iron, and after a couple of weeks, all the symptoms return. I actually thought the symptoms were anxiety, but now I genuinely think they are symptoms of iron deficiency. If you're suffering from any of the above symptoms, I'd suggest you check for anaemia before looking for cures for depression or anxiety. cocktail styled items to wear of the wedding
